Insurance Agent
Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Quality Assurance
Insurance Agent:
Inside and outside sales of Personal and
Commercial Lines of business. Successful applicant will
hold a General Lines 220 License; have a college degree
and two to five years of professional experience. Agents
with existing profitable books of business are encouraged
to apply.
Responsibilities:
The person who represents the agency as a sales person must
have a thorough understanding of the total range of products
and services offered by the firm. This individual is responsible
for identifying, soliciting and selling new clients as well
as providing some degree of ongoing support and service
to existing clients. Continued new sales to existing clients
for additional lines of insurance as well as rounding all
accounts is essential to success in this position. The
adherence to the agency's marketing philosophy is of extreme
importance.

- Solicitation and cultivation of
potential clients.
- Adhere to the agency's description
of types of business to solicit.

all agency staff in the production and servicing of client
accounts.
- Attend sales seminars, sales meeting
or other educational activities as required to improve
sales abilities and product and industry knowledge, and
to maintain continuing education requirements of the state.
- Actively participate in professional
and community affairs.
- Licensed for a Property and Casualty;
Licensed for Life and Health helpful but not necessary.

Customer
Service Representative (CSR):
Retail service of Personal Lines of business. Successful
applicant will hold a General Lines 220 or Customer Service
440 License and two to five years of professional experience.
Responsibilities:
The CSR is responsible for assisting the
Producer in providing continuous service to insureds. Through
servicing, develop a thorough knowledge of the accounts,
becoming a liaison between the insured and the other departments
within your agency.
- Review and implement processing
procedures in order to:
- Incorporate the capabilities
of the ebixasp system into your daily work flow.
- Streamline your work flow.
- Follow agency procedures for processing:
- New business
- Renewals
- Endorsements
- Cancellations
- Audits
- Reporting forms
- Review applications and policies
to identify and target new business lines for existing
insureds.
- Research and answer insured's
questions regarding coverages in a timely manner.
- Provide full servicing of agency’s
insured's account.
- Licensed for Property and Casualty
as a 440 or 220.

Quality
Assurance:
Responsible for ensuring that all underwriting
guidelines and Company guidelines are being met by agency
staff. Ensures that the Insurance Carriers receive all the
necessary documentation and components to decrease loss
ratio.
Responsible for all activities involving quality assurance
and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements;
conducts audits and reviews/analyzes data and documentation.
May require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and
0-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and
procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions
and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions
of the job. Works under immediate supervision. Typically
reports to a supervisor or manager.
Duties
- Process Insurance payments.
- Invoice Mortgage Companies to prevent non-pay cancellations.
- Obtain necessary information to underwriting to prevent
cancellation of other natures: pictures, inspections,
RCE etc Confirm correct information with Mortgage Companies/
Insured to keep our records accurate.
- Maintain accurate records in EBIX.
- Strong Understanding of Participating carrier’s
underwriting guidelines.
- Through knowledge of company’s (FCIG) policies
and procedures.
- Initiate, develop and implement process improvements
in order to prevent reoccurrence of errors.
- Ensuring the Company meets performance objectives.
- Provide problem resolution for Clients and Carriers.
- Implementing policies and procedures for quality improvement.
- Licensed in the state of Florida for Property and Casualty.
Salaried Position $26 000 - $40 000
